𝐁𝐢𝐨:
Reader is a producer, songwriter, singer and classically trained multi-instrumentalist, who fearlessly creates her own unique blend of electronic and alternative R&B underneath sultry, hypnotic vocals. A University of Westminster graduate, Reader’s main instrument is saxophone, which she often uses to flourish and inspire her arrangements. In 2019, Reader gained traction after her collaboration with electronic artist TSHA on track ‘Back To You’ (Counter Records/Ninja Tune), which received numerous plays on BBC Radio 1 as well as official Spotify and Apple Music playlists, including New Music Friday. As a true advocate for DIY, Reader has also toured the world with Sofar Sounds, released music with UK grime MC and James Blake collaborator Trim, and composed music for Vogue as a completely independent artist.
